Let's start!
Open a new canvas, size 650x650.
Open the template and select all layers. Move it on to the canvas.
Resize the template as needed.
Delete the credits, microphone, princess, princess back, rock and roll, stars, sand rounded words.
Change the color of the bracket to black, add a bevel, and a stroke, size 2, in #c90606. Add a drop shadow.
Move paper 9 over the large black frame. Create a clipping mask and resize the paper a little. Add a drop shadow.
On top of the paper, place the blood and create a clipping mask. Have it stretched the top of the frame. Add a drop shadow.
Change the color of the dotted square to black.
Add a drop shadow to the large frame.
On top of the large frame, place the word art. Resize and rotate as needed then add a drop shadow.
Over the large pink circle, place paper 12. Create a clipping mask and resize as needed. Add a drop shadow to the circle.
Over the circle, place the lightening and create a clipping mask. Resize as needed.
Place paper 9 over small frame back 1 & 2. Create a clipping mask.
Place a close up of the tube in both frames. Change to luminosity and drop fill to 80%. Duplicate the paper and move it over the tube and create a clipping mask again. Change the paper to soft light. Add a drop shadow to both frame backs.
The rounded tab and black circle will be mostly covered, but you can add paper 12 if you would like and add a drop shadow to both.
Place the booth on the right side and flip horizontally. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the spiderweb over the car booth and resize as needed then create a clipping mask. Add a light shadow.
Place a stool behind the car booth. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the booth and stool, place the phone. Resize and add a drop shadow.
To the left of the phone and behind the booth, place the counter. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the two small frames, place the pumpkins. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the frames and pumpkins, place another stool. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place a blood hand print on the phone and resize. Duplicate and flip the hand print and place the copy on the car booth under the spiderweb.
Place the tube to the left of the car booth. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the tube and in front of the car booth, place the grass. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Take another copy of the grass behind the phone and counter. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Duplicate the first layer of grass an and place in front of the pumpkins. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the brain and zombie hand on the table. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Move the tree behind the template and the phone. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Move the fog between the car booth and the counter. Resize a little and soften the edges that show.

 Name
Main color is #8d0101.
Add a stroke, size 3, in #3a0000.
Add an inner shadow, #616060, and change the distance to 3.
Add a drop shadow.

Mask
Open a new canvas, size 600x600.
Open paper 5 and resize to 600x600. Place on top of the canvas.
Open the mask and move on top of the paper.
Remove the white background and place the mask behind the tag. 
Make it evenly stretched on all sides.

Add your tagger mark and copyright information.
Crop off any extra canvas.
Save as a .psd & .png.
