PTU Tutorial - Country Roots!

Country Roots is the perfect kit for that country girl with attitude who isn’t afraid to get a little dirty! The tagging possibilities are endless and there are many cowgirl, cowboy, and country tubes that will match perfectly! 
It has 59 different elements and 14 papers.

**This tutorial was written by me and any resemblance is purely coincidental. It is written for those with a working knowledge of Photoshop.**

Let's start!
Open a new canvas, size 650x250.
Make two borders on top of the canvas. Fill the outer border with #322a19 and the inner border with #9b8a5e. Add a drop shadow to the inner border.
Resize paper4 to 650x650 and place on the canvas behind the borders. Have the top of the paper line up with the canvas.
Place the house on the left side of the canvas. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the house, place the fence. Resize the fence so it's the appropriate size and add a drop shadow.
Duplicate the fence until you cover the canvas from left to right.
Below the fence and house, place grass1 and resize. Duplicate the grass and fill the "ground" in.
Behind the grass and fence, place grass2. Duplicate the grass to fill in the background a little.
Behind the fence on the right side, place the windmill. Resize and add a drop shadow.
To the left of the windmill and in the "sky" place the eagle. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of the fence on the grass, place the horse. Resize and add a drop shadow.
To the right of the horse place the spoke. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Between the horse and the spoke, place the milk jug. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front and to the right of the spoke, place the hay bail. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Between the fence and the house, place the barrel. Resize and add a drop shadow.
To the left of the barrel, place hay bail between the house and fence. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of the house on the side place the wood pile. Resize and add a drop shadow.
To the right of the wood, place the barrel. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the fence and the house, place the tractor. Resize and add a drop shadow.
To the left and behind the tractor place the tree. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the tube in behind the borders. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the tube and in front of everything else place the boot on the far left. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind and to the right of the boot place the horse shoe. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the booth and the horse shoe, place the rope. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the bottle a little further to the right. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the hat to the right of the bottle. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Back to the left corner in front of the boot place a sunflower. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Between the horse shoe and bottle place another copy of the sunflower. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the tube and the hat, place another sunflower. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Along the back of the elements just placed, place leaves2. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Duplicate the leaves2 so it creates a "wall" behind the elements in front.
In between the elements and sunflowers place a couple copies of vine2. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Now to the right of the tube place the apples. Resize and add a drop shadow.
On top of the apples, place the horse horn and rotate to the left a little. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of the horse horn and apples, place the ribbon so it rests horizontally. Resize and add a drop shadow.
To the right of the apples place a sunflower. Resize and add a drop shadow.
To the right of the ribbon and sunflower, place two bullets. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the bullets, place the gun. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the apples and sunflower, place a duplicate of the rope from the left of the tube. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of the gun and behind the bullets, place another sunflower in the corner. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In between the elements and sunflowers on the right place a couple copies of vine2. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Take the leaves2 from the left side of the tube and duplicate them for the right side.
In front of all the elements just placed along the bottom and the tube (behind the borders) place a few copies of the lightning bugs. Resize and erase anything above the row of elements along the bottom.
Add your tagger mark and copyright information.
Crop out any extras outside the canvas.
Save as a .psd & .png.
For the avi:
Open a new canvas, size 200x200.
Add a new blank layer and unclick the new layer and background.
Use the Rectangular Marquee Tool and form a square two pixels in.
Fill the square with white and add a stroke, size 2, inside, color #9b8a5e.
Fill in the background with #322a19.
To save time you can just use the elements and paper from the banner.
Drag the paper from the banner and create a clipping mask to the white layer.
Drag the tube on top of the paper and to the left.
Drag the windmill and eagle and place them in the background.
In front of the windmill drag the fence.
Behind the fence, drag the tractor.
In front of the fence and behind the tube, drag the sunflower directly to the right of the tube.
To the right of the sunflower, drag the bottle and rotate to the left a little.
Drag the boot to the right of the bottle and rotate to the right a little.
Drag another sunflower to the right corner behind the boot.
In between the elements drag a copy of vine 2.
Drag a copy of the lightning bugs on top of the elements.
Drag the copyright info and erase the url.
Drag the name to the avi and just keep the first initial.
Save as a .psd & .png.
