PTU Tutorial - Rose Doll Toon by Arthur Crowe!

Let's start!
Open a new canvas, size 650x650.
Place ele2 on the canvas. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place paper 4 behind the frame. Resize and erase anything outside the frame.
Place the full size tube in front of the frame. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Between the tube and the frame, place ele13. Resize and add a drop shadow.
On top of ele13, place ele16. Resize and erase anything off the cityscape.
Place ele30 on top of the frame to the left of the tube. Flip horizontally, resize, and add a drop shadow.
Behind the tube on the right, place ele26. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of ele26, place ele5. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of ele5, place ele22. Flip it horizontally, resize, and add a drop shadow.
To the left of the tube, place ele29 behind the tube. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place ele28 to the left of the lipstick. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of the lipstick and nail polish, place ele8 and flip horizontally. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of ele8, place ele6 and flip horizontally. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the lipstick and nail polish, place ele5 and flip horizontally. Resize and add a drop shadow.
On top of the tube, place ele17. Rotate so it's vertical with the tube. Erase anything covering the tube's face and anything hanging off the tube.
Use paper1 for the mask.
Add your tagger mark and copyright information.
Crop off any extra canvas.
Save as a .psd & .png.
