Let's Start!
Open a new canvas, size 650x650
Place 17 on the canvas and resize. Add a drop shadow.
Place the tube in front of the canvas. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place paper 7 behind the frame and resize. Erase anything outside the frame.
Place 1 on the top of the frame on the upper right side. Resize and add a drop shadow.
below the bow and on top of the frame place 34 at the bottom of the frame. Duplicate the scatter and flip it vertically then move it to the top of the frame. Erase anything that hangs too far off the frame.
Behind the tube on the right place 23. Resize and add a drop shadow.
On top of the eggs place 26. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of the basket and the tube's shoe place two copies of 35 laying in different positions. Resize and add a drop shadow.
To the left of the tube place 7. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of the the carrot cupcake place 6. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of 6 place 10. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the egg and cupcakes place 13. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Between 13 and 10 place 35 and lay horizontally. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place 17 on the canvas and resize. Add a drop shadow.
Place the tube in front of the canvas. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place paper 7 behind the frame and resize. Erase anything outside the frame.
Place 1 on the top of the frame on the upper right side. Resize and add a drop shadow.
