PTU Tutorial - Skull Detective by Arthur Crowe!

Let's start!

Open a new canvas, size 650x650.
Open the template and select all the layers except the word art and credits.
Move on to the canvas and resize as necessary.
With every layer shape (except 3) select the pixels and fill a new layer with #28292b. Add noise and a drop shadow.

Place paper 10 on top of layer 1 and create a clipping mask. 

Place paper 6 on top of layer 2 and create a clipping mask.

Change the color of layer 3 to #ffa7b2.

Select the pixels of layer 4 and fill with #ffabb0.

Select the pixels of layers 6 & 7 and fill with #ffabb0.

Add a gradient overlay to layer starting with #932d3b on the left and #ffabb0 on the right.

Leave it linear, change it to reverse, and move to -90 degrees. Increase the scale to 127.

Now place the tube in front of the template in the middle. Resize and add a drop shadow.

Place a close up of the tube flipped in layer 4. Create a clipping mask and change to luminosity and drop the fill to 75%.

Take another close up of the tube and place a copy in both layers 6 and 7. Change them to luminosity and drop the fill to 75%. Have them facing different directions.

Place the butterfly over layers 6 & 7 on the right. Resize and add a drop shadow.

Behind layer 4, place the swirl. Resize and add a drop shadow.

In front of the tube at the bottom, place the flames. Resize and add a drop shadow.

Starting on the left side in front of the flames, place the lips2. Resize and add a drop shadow.

Behind the lips place the bottle. Resize and add a drop shadow.

In front of the bottle and to the right place the brass knuckles and flip horizontally. Resize and add a drop shadow.

Behind the knuckles, place the lipstick. Resize and add a drop shadow.

Next to the lipstick, place the phone and rotate to the right. Resize and add a drop shadow.

Behind the phone and to the right place the compact and rotate to the left a little. Resize and add a drop shadow.

To the right of the compact, place the bomb. Resize and add a drop shadow.

In front of the phone and compact and behind the bomb, place the hand cuffs. Resize and add a drop shadow.

Behind the flames on the right place the paddle and rotate so it stands up a little to the right. Resize and add a drop shadow.

Behind the paddle place the dice. Resize and add a drop shadow.

Add your tagger mark and copyright information.

Crop off any extra canvas.

Save as a .psd & .png.
