Let's start!
Open a new canvas, size 650x700.
Place the frame on the canvas and resize. Add a drop shadow.
Place the tube in front of the frame. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place paper 8 behind the frame. Erase anything outside the frame.
Place a close up of the tube on top of the paper and change to Soft Light. Erase anything outside the frame.
In front of the frame and to the right of the tube place the rose cupcake. Resize and add a drop shadow.
On top of the cupcake place the butterfly. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of the cupcake place two pieces of candy on opposite sides. Behind the cupcake on the right place another piece of candy. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In the middle front of the cupcake place flower3. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the tube place another piece of candy. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Between the candy and tube, place the heart cherries. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the candy and cherries, place the compact. Resize and add a drop shadow.
To the left of the compact and behind it place the mirror. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Between the mirror and the tube place the lipstick. Resize and add a drop shadow.
To the left of the lipstick place the nail polish. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the nail polish place the phone. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the lips2 behind the phone. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of the nail polish and lipstick, place another copy of the flower3. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the rose cupcake on the right side, place a few copies of flower2. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place another flower2 behind the compact. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place another flower2 in front of the mirror. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the lips and mirror on the left side, place another copy of flower2. Resize and add a drop shadow.
On top of the flower just placed, place butterfly2. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place a smaller copy of lower2 between the nail polish and phone. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Free Snags!Place the frame on the canvas and resize. Add a drop shadow.
Place the tube in front of the frame. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place paper 8 behind the frame. Erase anything outside the frame.

Between the mirror and the tube place the lipstick. Resize and add a drop shadow.
To the left of the lipstick place the nail polish. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the nail polish place the phone. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the lips2 behind the phone. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of the nail polish and lipstick, place another copy of the flower3. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the rose cupcake on the right side, place a few copies of flower2. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place another flower2 behind the compact. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place another flower2 in front of the mirror. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the lips and mirror on the left side, place another copy of flower2. Resize and add a drop shadow.
On top of the flower just placed, place butterfly2. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place a smaller copy of lower2 between the nail polish and phone. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Add your tagger mark and copyright information.
Crop off any extra canvas.
Save as a .psd & .png.
