Let's start!
Open a new canvas, size 650x650.
Place 19 on the canvas and resize. Add a drop shadow.
Place the tube in front of the frame. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place paper 1 behind the frame and erase anything outside the frame.
Place 23 vertically along the right side of the frame. Duplicate once so most of the outside is covered. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Duplicate both 23s and move to the left side.
Place 10 along the top of the frame along the left side. Resize so it doesn't hang off too much. Add a drop shadow.
Duplicate 10 and place on the top right frame.
Behind the frame in the middle place 5. Resize and add a drop shadow.
On top of the moon and still behind the frame place 9. Resize so you can see at least one cloud on the moon. Erase anything off the moon.
Duplicate the clouds layer until the moon is slightly covered.
Behind the tube and to the right a little place 8. Resize and add a drop shadow.
On top of the frame but behind the pegasus place 28 to the right of the tube. Flip it horizontally and resize a little so you can see a few butterflies. Erase any butterflies hidden and off the tag.
On the ground by the tube's foot on your left place 11 and flip horizontally. Resize and make sure it sits behind the tube.
Take 23 again and place it over the pot so the flowers appear to be spilling out. Erase any flowers that don't come out the opening. Add a drop shadow to both the pot and flowers.
Duplicate the flowers and pot together and flip horizontally. Move them to the right of the tube's foot on your right and resize to a smaller size.
Place 29 behind the pot and flowers on the left. Erase the smaller ones and resize.
Add more of 29 around the potted flowers and tube in varying sizes.
On top of the tube place 7. Rotate or flip it so it's vertical along the tube. Erase anything that covers her face.
Place 25 on top of everything. Erase anything hanging off the tag and covering the tube's face.
Place 19 on the canvas and resize. Add a drop shadow.
Place the tube in front of the frame. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place paper 1 behind the frame and erase anything outside the frame.
Place 23 vertically along the right side of the frame. Duplicate once so most of the outside is covered. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Duplicate both 23s and move to the left side.
Place 10 along the top of the frame along the left side. Resize so it doesn't hang off too much. Add a drop shadow.
Duplicate 10 and place on the top right frame.
Behind the frame in the middle place 5. Resize and add a drop shadow.
On top of the moon and still behind the frame place 9. Resize so you can see at least one cloud on the moon. Erase anything off the moon.

Add more of 29 around the potted flowers and tube in varying sizes.
On top of the tube place 7. Rotate or flip it so it's vertical along the tube. Erase anything that covers her face.
Place 25 on top of everything. Erase anything hanging off the tag and covering the tube's face.
Add your tagger mark and copyright information.
Crop off any extra canvas.
Save as a .psd & .png.
