Let's start!
Open a new canvas, size 650x650.
Place 3 on the canvas. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place paper 3 behind the frame. Resize and erase anything outside the frame.
On top of the paper place 85 over the paper and cover the sand part so you see dark sky and then water. Erase anything outside the frame.
On top of the paper and behind the water placed place 84. Resize and create a clipping mask to the paper. Make sure the clouds and water meet.
Place the tube in front of the window frame. Resize and add a drop shadow.
To the left and behind the frame place 77 on the water. Resize and add a drop shadow.
At the end of the dock just placed place 29. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Directly behind the frame and on top of the water/dock, place 22 along the bottom of the frame and around the tube. Resize and duplicate to fill it in.
In front of the boat on the left side of the dock place 71 and resize.
Add another copy of 71 behind the boat and duplicate and spread them out along the length of the water. Erase anything outside the frame.
On top of the dock and behind the water splashes place 60 and flip horizontally. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the window frame on both open sides place 17. Resize, erase anything outside the opening, and add a drop shadow.
Behind the window frame place 70 on the left side so just a little peeks out. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Duplicate 70, flip horizontally, and move to the right side.
In front of the fence on the left side place 48. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Duplicate 48 and flip horizontally. Move to the right side.
Behind the netting on the left side place 19 at the bottom. Resize and add a drop shadow.
On the left side behind the netting place 10. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind everything place 64 so just the palms are showing and erase the trunk. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Take another copy of the palm tree and place it behind the frame in the upper right corner. It should be showing inside the frame and outside. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the frame and in front of the boat on the left side of the tube place 30. Just show the bigger bird and erase the little one. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Add another copy of the bird and have the smaller bird facing the same direction of the bigger one. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Duplicate the smaller bird and flip horizontally then move to the right side of the tube and place it above the water.
Under everything place 72. Resize so the sand stays within the window and below the tube. After it's sized, duplicate it.
In front of the frame and on the sand place 20 against both sides of the window. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind 20 on the left side place 26. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of 20 on the left place 12. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind 12 and the tube place 73. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of 12 place 32. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind 32 place 46. Resize and add a drop shadow. Erase the long stem sticking out.
In front of the flower and to the right place 47. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Between 47 and the beach sign place 18. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front 47 and to the right a little place 13. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the shell and along the bottom of the tube place 27. Resize and add a drop shadow.
To the right of the pearls place 49 and flip horizontally. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of the pearls and little bag place two copies of 32 in opposite directions. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the flowers and on top of the bag place 46 and flip horizontally. Resize and add a drop shadow. Erase the stem.
On top of 46 place 25. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the tube on the right place 58. Resize and add a drop shadow.
in front of the shell and a little to the right place 82. Resize and add a drop shadow.
On top of 82 and on the right place 40. Resize and add a drop shadow.
On top of the starfish place 14. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of the shell just placed place 44. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Between 44 and 20 place a copy of 46. Resize and add a drop shadow. Erase the stem.
In front of the bag and to the right place 83 and flip horizontally. Resize and add a drop shadow.
behind 83 and to the right place 68. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of 83 and 68 place 24. Resize and add a drop shadow.
To the right and behind 24 place 32 and flip horizontally. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of everything on the right place 67. Resize and add a drop shadow.
On top of everything place 50 on the left and resize. Duplicate 50 and move it to the right. Make sure nothing hangs off the tag too far.
Place 3 on the canvas. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place paper 3 behind the frame. Resize and erase anything outside the frame.
On top of the paper place 85 over the paper and cover the sand part so you see dark sky and then water. Erase anything outside the frame.
On top of the paper and behind the water placed place 84. Resize and create a clipping mask to the paper. Make sure the clouds and water meet.

To the left and behind the frame place 77 on the water. Resize and add a drop shadow.

On top of the starfish place 14. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of the shell just placed place 44. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Between 44 and 20 place a copy of 46. Resize and add a drop shadow. Erase the stem.
In front of the bag and to the right place 83 and flip horizontally. Resize and add a drop shadow.

To the right and behind 24 place 32 and flip horizontally. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of everything on the right place 67. Resize and add a drop shadow.
On top of everything place 50 on the left and resize. Duplicate 50 and move it to the right. Make sure nothing hangs off the tag too far.
Add your tagger mark and copyright information.
Crop off any blank canvas.
Save as a .psd & .png.
