PTU tutorial using 2014 Candy Pigtails by Ismael Rac!

Let's start!
Open a new canvas, size 650x650.
Open the template and unclick the cr layer.
Move the rest on to the canvas and resize as necessary.
Add a bevel and drop shadow to layers 1, 2, 3, 4, & 6.
Change the color of layer 1 to #ffb821.
Place paper 8 over layer 2 and create a clipping mask.
Change the color of layer 3 to #0a6403.
Place paper 13 over layer 4 and create a clipping mask.
Change the color of layer 5 to #aef196.
Change the color of layer 6 to #e09b1a.
Change the color of layer 7 to #346f13.
Place the tube on the right of the large shamrock. The tube should overlap a little. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Take a close up of the tube and place it behind the shamrock frame. Create a clipping mask to the paper behind it and change it to Luminosity.
Place the harps and shamrocks behind the tube on the right. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the goodies bag on the right in front of the tube. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the powder compact to the left and in front of the tube. Resize and add a drop shadow.
To the left of the compact, place the Irish princess crown. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Use the clover scatter to fill the empty space behind the template. Erase any that hang too far off the template. Resize and add a drop shadow.

Add your tagger mark and copyright information.
Crop off any extra canvas.
Save as a .psd & .png.
