Place the tube in front of the frame on the left. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place paper 1 behind the frame, resize, and erase anything outside the frame.
Place a closeup of the tube on top of the paper, resize, and mask it to the paper. Change it to screen.
On the right side of the frame, place ele27. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of the ladder, place ele5 and resize. Rotate the tire so it looks like it is laying against the ladder.
In front of the tire and to the left, place ele26 and flip it horizontally. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the tube, place ele16. Flip it horizontally and resize it so it meets the left end of the frame and sticks out in front of her a little. Add a drop shadow.
In front of the tube on the left side, place ele30. Resize and add a drop shadow.
To the left of the light and behind it, place ele19. Resize and add a drop shadow.

Behind the tube, place ele24 at an angle. Start it from behind the tube and down toward the tire. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of everything, place ele20 on the left side. Duplicate and flip it horizontally then move to the right to cover the front. Use a soft eraser brush and soften the bottom of the flames.
Between the flames and the tire, place ele11 and flip horizontally and resize.
On top of the flames add ele34 and resize.
