Let's start!
Open a new canvas, size 750x650.
Open the template and delete the raster layer along with 11 & 12.
Select the layers and move the template on the canvas. Resize as needed. Add a bevel and a drop shadow to each layer.
Starting with layer 9, add a gradient overlay with black at the top and #bf9bc3 at the bottom.
Change the color of layer 10 to #fadffd.
Place paper 12 over layers 7 & 8. Create a clipping mask.
Place paper 10 over layers 3 & 4. Create a clipping mask.
Select the pixels of 5 & 6 and fill with #b696bb.
Select the pixels of layer 4 and fill with #747f8d.
Place paper 7 over layer 1 and create a clipping mask.
For layer 13, change the color to #e1bee5 and add a bevel.
Select the pixels and expand by 3. Add a new layer below the word art and fill with #452951.
Add a drop shadow.
Behind the template, place the city scape. Resize and add a drop shadow.
To the right of the tube, place the potion with the nail polish to the right of it. Resize and add a drop shadow to both.
Behind those two, place the guitar pick. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the guitar pick, place the polish. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of the potion and nail polish, place the candy. Resize and add a drop shadow.
To the left of the tube, place the spiked heart. Resize and add a drop shadow.
To the left of the heart, place the spiked bomb. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind them, place the gum ball machine. proportions
In front the heart & bomb, place the candy. proportions
Place the sparkles on top of everything. Make sure they are covering the tag, but not the tube. Erase anything covering the tube's face or hanging off the tag.

Place the sparkles on top of everything. Make sure they are covering the tag, but not the tube. Erase anything covering the tube's face or hanging off the tag.
Mask
Open a new canvas, size 600x600.
Add a new layer and fill with #42294f.
Open the mask and move on top of the layer you just made.
Remove the white background and place the mask behind the tag.
Make it evenly stretched on all sides.
Add your tagger mark and copyright information.
Crop off any extra canvas.
Save as a .psd & .png.
