Let's start!
Open a new canvas, size 650x700.
Move the picture frame on to the canvas. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Duplicate the frame and move to the right of the first one and rotate to the right a little.
Place paper 6 behind the frames and erase anything outside.
Place the tube in front of the frames toward the right. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Take a close up of the tube and place on in the frame directly behind the full size tube. Resize and erase anything outside the frame. Change to Luminosity.
Duplicate the tube close up, flip horizontally, and move to the frame on the left.
Place the beach bag in front of the frames where they meet. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind and to the left of the bag, place the flower. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Duplicate the flower, flip horizontally, and move to the right side behind the tube.
In front of the bag, place the glasses. Resize and add a drop shadow.
To the right of the beach bag place the beach ball. Place it between the tube and the bag. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of the bag and the ball, place the   shake. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of the ball and shake, place a duplicate of the flower on the right. Resize so it's smaller than the shake.
Behind the tube, place the boom box. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the sparkles over the elements and tube along the bottom.
Place the butterfly above the flower on the left side. Resize and add a drop shadow.

Add your tagger mark and copyright information.
Crop off any extra canvas.
Save as a .psd & .png.
