PTU Tutorial "With Love"

I have a new PTU tutorial using a Scrappin Krazy Designs kit, With Love, that is part of a charity collab. You can find out more about it on her blog. I used a FTU tube by Zindy, which you can find here.

**This tutorial was written by me and any resemblance is purely coincidental. It is written for those with a working knowledge of Photoshop.**

What you will need:

Font
Lovers Quarrel by TypeSETit
You can download it from FontSpace.

Tube
Temporary Peace
FTU tube by Zindy
You can download it from her site here.
*You still need a Zindy Zone license number to use this FTU tube.*

Paper
08

Alright, let's get started!

Open a new canvas, size 650x650.

Move ele21 on the canvas and rotate so it is vertical. Resize just a little and add a drop shadow.

Move p08 behind the frame and resize so just a little sticks outside the frame. Erase the extras.

Place the tube behind the frame and on top of the paper. Resize so it sits nicely inside the frame. Erase any little parts that stick out. No drop shadow necessary.

Take ele28 and place it on the right side of the frame. You will need to make it smaller so it can sit on the frame and have it stick out evenly on both sides. Place it lower than the middle of the frame. Add a drop shadow and duplicate then flip horizontally. Move the duplicate across the frame to the other side. Duplicate the copy two more times and and move those two to cover the frame.

Now take ele55 and place it behind the flowers on the right side so it goes up the frame and sticks off a little. You will need to resize and erase parts that stick out below or off to the sides. Add a drop shadow, duplicate, and move to the other side.

Place ele48 behind the white flowers. Add a drop shadow so it is easier to see. Flip it vertically and have it round out the bottom of the flowers. Duplicate it and flip it horizontally on the other side. Duplicate it again and resize so it's smaller than the original two and fill the empty space under the flowers in the middle.

Move ele37 and place it over the ribbon where it dips, resize it and add a drop shadow.

Place ele32 on the other side and place it over the ribbon. Resize it and add a drop shadow.

Move ele20 on to the white flowers in the middle, resize, and and add a drop shadow.

Place ele11 on top of ele20. Resize so it's not larger than the heart and add a drop shadow.

Now use ele60 as the mask. Place it behind the frame and resize so there is room to fit it on there twice. Have one copy stick out the right side and one stick outside the left side. In the blending options select color overlay and use color code #9272b1. No drop shadow necessary.

Let's start the name. Again, the font is Lovers Quarrel. Use the color code #7c5ba2 for the fill. Add a white stroke, size 3, add a drop shadow, and a white bevel using Linear.  Place it over the flowers on the left.

Add your tagger mark and copyright information.

Crop off any extra background. Be careful not to cut off any parts of the tag or mask.

Save as a .psd and .png.

I hope you enjoy the tutorial and thanks for helping with the charity collab!

Have everything ready? Let's get started!

Open a new canvas, size 650x650.

Move element 56 on the canvas and resize. Add a drop shadow.

Place Paper1 behind the frame and resize so just a little is sticking outside the frame. Erase any extras.

Now place the tube in front of the frame and paper. Erase any parts that stick out over the frame. You can cover the bottom of her. Add a drop shadow.

Move element 51 behind the frame and paper. Resize so it doesn't stick out too much outside the frame and add a drop shadow.

Now place element 23 on the frame, but behind the tube. Start with the right side first. Resize the hearts can sit on the frame. Have the top of the hearts start behind her head. You will have to erase some the of hearts at the end. Add a drop shadow and duplicate then flip horizontally. Move the duplicate on the other side and place across from the right side.

Take element 39 and place it on top of the frame and to the right of the tube. Have the far left edge of the flower touch the tube. Resize and add a drop shadow. Duplicate the flower, flip horizontally and move to the other side of the tube.

Place element 50 behind the flowers. Resize so just little parts stick out above and below the flowers. Add a drop shadow.

Move element 48, the pink bow, on the frame. Place it somewhat in the middle of the frame and tube. Resize and add a drop shadow.

Now move element 40 behind the bow and the black flower on the right side. Resize and have just a little behind the black flower. Add a drop shadow, duplicate, and move the duplicate to the other side.

Take element 18 and place it behind the flowers and bow. Resize so it fills the empty space behind the bow and flowers. Add a drop shadow.

Move element 16 under everything but the frame on the left side. You will have to rotate it and resize a little. Add a drop shadow. Now duplicate, and flip horizontally and move to the other side.

Now place the word art, element 60, on top of everything. You will need to resize it so the ends just meet the ends of the black flowers on both sides. Add a drop shadow and a bevel. Change the shadow color to #c81f56 and gloss contour to Cove-Deep.

For the name, the font is External Fascination, place it over the middle of the word art. Add a drop shadow. Add a bevel and change the highlight and shadow mode to color code #c81f56, and change the gloss contour to Cove-Deep. Add a stroke, size 2, in the color #8000ff.

Now let's make the mask.
Open my mask, DC_Mask 20. Open two new canvases, size 600x600. Move the mask on to one of the blank canvases. With the other blank canvas add a new layer and fill white. Open the blending options to Gradient Overlay. Start with, left to right, #ba1148, add another one in #82e1da, the next one will be #4e1981, and then black. Space them out evenly and make it linear at a 90 degree angle (should be default). Now merge the layers and place this paper under the mask. Now remove the background of the mask and place it behind the tag. Stretch it out so you can see it outside the tag.

Add your tagger mark and copyright information somewhere on the tag so it cannot be easily erased, but it still visible.

Crop off any extra white space and be sure not to cute off any parts of the tag. Save as a .psd and .png.

I hope you enjoyed the tutorial! Thanks for stopping by :)

P12

Ready? Let's go to the Lake!

Open a new canvas, size 650x650.

Move Window1 on to the canvas. Add a drop shadow.

Now place the Dock behind the window toward the top. Add a drop shadow.

Place the Lake under the Dock so it covers a good portion of the opening in the window. Have it be taller than the dock and leave a little opening for the trees, sun, & sky.

Water2 will be the lake washing up on the docks. Resize so they are the appropriate size compared to the dock. Place two on the front part of the dock and then one on the back. The others should be blocked by other elements.

Move the tree horizon above the lake. Move it behind the lake and resize. Add a drop shadow. Erase any parts that stick outside the window.

Now add a new layer behind the window. Fill with a light blue for the color of the sky. I used the color code #cdeafb. Erase anything outside the frame.

Place the sun on top of the new "sky". Resize and place in the right corner. Erase any part of it that sticks outside the frame.

Move the ground in front and under the lake. Resize it and erase any parts outside the frame. Add another copy of the ground and place it on top of the other one. Erase any extra parts.

Move the Cattails on top of the ground. Have the Cattails stick a little over the dock. Add a drop shadow. Duplicate and move to the other side of the Window.

Now place the Fence in front of the Cattails. Resize so you can fit two. Add a drop shadow, duplicate and move to the other side.

Move Grass2 behind the Cattails and Fences. Use it to cover some of the empty space left over from the  Fences and Cattails. Make it smaller than it originally is and add a drop shadow.

Place the Bike in front of the Fence  on the left side. Resize so the handlebars just stick over the fence. Add a drop shadow.

Set the Bird on the Bike's seat. Resize the it's appropriate to the size of the Bike and add a drop shadow.

Move the PailofWater on the right side of the window in front of the Fence. Make it rather small. Add a drop shadow.

Place FishingPole1 on the right side of the PailofWater and lean it against the Pail. Resize and add a drop shadow.

You may need to zoom in for the next part. Take Fist 1 and rotate it so the tail fin is pointing up. Resize so it's relative to the size of the PailofWater. Erase the body where it sticks in front of the Pail. Stop erasing where the fish fits the rim of the Pail. Do not add a drop shadow. Repeat the same process for Fish 2.

Move the Stone in front of the fence on the right side of the middle of the Window. Resize it so it's the size of a small Stone. Add a drop shadow then duplicate it. Flip it horizontally and move it in front of the Stone so it overlaps a little. Now place the Flowers2 in the middle of the stones. Resize and add a drop shadow.

Now let's move in front of the window. Take the Ground again and move it in front of and under the Window so it sticks out in front of it.

Let's place the tube so we know what we have to work with. Resize her so she doesn't stick outside the Window too much. Add a drop shadow. For her shirt, I took the blue layer, gray scaled it, and then took the color from Flower2 to make it that color.

Take Leaves2 and rotate horizontally. Move on the right side of the Window behind the tube. Duplicate and flip horizontally and move to the other side of the Window.

Now place the DriedFlowers in front of the Leaves2 and lay horizontally like the leaves. Add a drop shadow. Erase parts of the DriedFlowers if you like so parts of the leaves stick out. Add another copy of the DriedFlowers and lay horizontally on the right side of the Leaves2. Repeat the erasing if you like.

Take the WoodenHeart and place it in front of the DriedFlowers & Leaves2. Resize and add a drop shadow. Place the Key on the WoodenHeart. Rotate so the bow part is on the upper right side of the heart and add a drop shadow.

Move the Stool behind the Tube. Resize so it's not standing over her. Add a drop shadow.

Place the Pitcher on the Stool and add a drop shadow. Resize.

Move the PearlFlowers on to the Pitcher. Resize so they do not stick outside it. Do not add a drop shadow.

Now place the book in front of the tube between her arm and legs. Resize and add a drop shadow.

Place the Binoculars on top of the book, resize, and add a drop shadow.

Let's make the mask. Open the mask by Annaica's Place. It comes black so you will have to invert it to make it white. Open a new canvas, size 600x600 and fill black. Move the mask on to the black and be sure not to have any parts hanging off. Now merge the layers together.

Open a new blank canvas, size 600x600. Open P12 and resize to 600x600 then move it on to the canvas and then the mask on top of the paper. Now remove the white background. Then place behind the tag and rotate so it's even with the angle of the window. Just have little parts hanging outside the frame.

Let's do the name now. The font is Motion Picture. Open P7 and resize to 300x300, this will fill the name. Type out the name and then move the resized paper over the name then create a clipping mask. After that is done then add the drop shadow. Next, add the stroke, size 3 and color #6d8a98. I added a bevel, Cove-Deep, and add a shadow with the color #a3cde1.

Add your tagger mark and copyright information somewhere on the tag so it is legible, but not easily removed.

Save as .psd & .png. We're done! I hope you enjoyed this tutorial :)

Stay tuned for a freebie from Lakeside Retreat as well!

Let's get going!

Start with a blank canvas, size 650x650.

Move your tube on to the canvas. Resize her so she's not too big. Add a drop shadow.

Place the fence behind her. Resize so it's not too large. Add a drop shadow and duplicate then move to the right side of her.

Now place the LifePreserver on top of the fence, but behind the tube. Make the LifePreserver taller than your tube and add a drop shadow.

Take Paper13 and place it behind the the LifePreserver. Resize a little so you can still see the sky and the ocean. Erase any parts of the paper outside the LifePreserver.

Move the Banner on top of the Fence. Just a little of the Banner will stick outside the LifePreserver on both sides. You'll need to resize the banner and then duplicate so it's on both sides. Add a drop shadow.

Take Flower3 and place it in front of the Fence on the right side. Resize so it's an appropriate flower size. The place Flower4 on the left side of the blue Flower, make it the same size and add a drop shadow. Link the flowers together and duplicate the flowers until it covers the bottom of the fence length wise.

Place Bag2  and move it in front of the flowers on the left side. Resize and add a drop shadow.

Move the Glasses in front of the Bag2. Resize and and add a drop shadow.

Place the Towels behind the Bag2 and glasses and the LifePreserver. Add a drop shadow.

Move the Starfish on the right side. Lay it on the sand in front of the flowers. Resize and add a drop shadow.

Move the Sign2 on the right side. Resize and place it behind the flowers and life preserver. Add a drop shadow.

Take Fern1 and place it in front of the fence and behind everything else. Resize so it's smaller and move it on the right side. Place it directly behind the fence. Duplicate the fern and move it to the right side in roughly the same position.

Now take the Grass and place behind the fence. Resize so the grass so it's about as tall as the middle of the fence. Add a drop shadow and duplicate about three more times and fill empty spaces behind the fence.

Move the SurfBoard behind the fence and grass on the right side. Resize and rotate a little to the left. Add a drop shadow.

Now place the sand under everything and have the tube sit on the sand so it will stick out a little. Resize  it so you will need to duplicate it again and move to the other side.

Open PalmTree1 and move behind everything. Resize it and flip horizontally. Just have the top part of the palm tree stick out the top of the LifePreserver. Duplicate the tree and flip horizontally and move to the opposite side. Add a drop shadow to both.

Open your mask, a new blank canvas, size 600x600. Move the mask on to the blank canvas. Open another blank cavas, size 600x600. Add a new layer and fill with color, #ffffac, to make the "sun". Now merge the layers together and add the yellow behind the mask. Remove the background and place behind everything. Resize so nothing of the mask sticks outside the canvas.

Crop off any extras and be careful not to cut off any parts of the tag. Unclick the white background.

For the name, again the font is Jenna Sue. The color of the name is #34b5e4. Add a stroke, size 4 in the color #ffffae. To make the heart use shift and ^ key. Add a drop shadow.

Add your tagger mark and copyright information where it's visible and on the tag so it cannot be easily erased.

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial as much as I did! It has the perfect colors for summer! :)

PTU Tutorial "Summer Hideaway"

I have a new PTU tutorial from a brand new kit, Summer Hideaway, by Jackie's Jewels! It's great and very versatile. I used a gorgeous tube by Alex Prihodko. (Freebies too!)

**This tutorial was written by my and any resemblance is purely coincidental. It is written for those with a working knowledge of Photoshop.**

What you will need:

Tube:
Black Rose 2 by Alex Prihodko
You can find it at PicsForDesign.
*You must obtain a license to use this tube.*

Font:

You can find it here.

Deer
Fence
Fern
Frame3
Grass1
Grass2
Grass4
Hummingbird
Leaves
Lemonade
OutdoorTable
Pillows
Tree1

Papers
P8
P9

Have everything? Let's get started!

First, open a new canvas, size 650x650.

Move Frame3 on to the canvas. Resize it so you will have room for grass in the front and a mask behind it. Add a drop shadow.

Move P9 behind the frame. Resize so you can see most of it behind the frame. Erase the small extras on the sides and top.

Place the Barn so the top of the roof meets the frame and the bottom of the Barn sits toward the middle of the paper. Add a drop shadow.

Move the Fence in front of the Barn. Resize so the sides of the fence meet the inside sides of the frame and covers the bottom of the Barn. Add a drop shadow.

Place the Clouds around, but behind the Barn so you can see some on each side. No drop shadow necessary.

Move Tree1, flip horizontally first, and then behind the fence and in front of the Barn on the left side of the frame. Some of the Tree will cover part of the Barn. Have the Tree sit just under the top of the frame. Add a drop shadow.

Place the Hummingbird on the blue sky above and to the right of the Barn. Resize so it is fairly small. No drop shadow necessary.

Now take the Birdhouse and place it on the right side behind the fence. It should be small and just stand a little taller than the fence. Flip horizontally and add a drop shadow.

Place the Bird on the Birdhouse so it looks like it is perched on the open. Resize it and add a drop shadow.

Place the Deer behind the fence. Put it to the right of the Fence gate. Make it fairly small and add a drop shadow.

Now take the OutdoorTable and place it in the foreground of the picture on the right hand side. Have the top of the umbrella be a little taller the right angle of the Barn's roof. Add a drop shadow.

Move the Bush in front of the OutdoorTable, but inside the Frame so it covers the bottom right hand corner. Resize a little so it doesn't cover too much of the table and add a drop shadow.

Place the Lemonade on top of the OutdoorTable. You will need to make it small and add a drop shadow.

Move the Grass4 under the frame so it sticks out a little in the front. Leave enough room for your tube to sit on it. I did not add a drop shadow.

Place the tube on top of the grass in front of the frame. Resize her so she doesn't stick outside the frame. Add a drop shadow.

Take the Leaves and place it in front of the Fence and behind the tube. Use her as a guide to place it so not too much of the Leaves are covered. Place the Leaves to the left of the Fence gate under the out stretched branch of the tree. Resize so the top of the Leaves just sit under the top of the Fence and add a drop shadow.

Move Grass2 in front of the frame and behind the tube. Place it so the left side of the Grass2 meets the vertical edge of the frame on the left. Resize so it doesn't stand too high and meets the bottom of the frame. Add a drop shadow, duplicate, and flip horizontally. Move to the other side of the frame in the same place.

Place Grass1 next to the Grass2 on the right. Make it even and add a drop shadow.

Move the Pillows behind the tube. Have the red pillow meet the middle of her back and hide the blue pillow behind her. Add a drop shadow.

Place the Fern on the left side in front of the Pillows. Make it about half as tall as the Grass. Add a drop shadow, duplicate, and flip horizontally. Move to the other side behind the tube.

Move the book in front of the tube. Resize and add a drop shadow.

Let's make the mask. Open a new canvas, size 600x600. Open P8 and resize to 600x600. Open DC_Mask24. Move the P9 on to the new blank canvas and then the mask on top. Remove the white background.

Move the mask behind the frame. Have the mask stick outside the frame. Make it almost even with the other edges of the frame.

Now for the name. Again the font is Carpenter Script. The color of the name is the red from the color palette. Use color code #dc293c. Use a stroke, size 2 and the color code #fff8bc. Add a drop shadow and a bevel. I used the default Bevel with a shadow in the color #ebbc24.

Add your tagger mark and copyright information. Place it somewhere legible on the tag so it cannot be easily removed.

Crop off any extras, but do not cut off any part of the tag.

Save as a .psd and .png.

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial! This kit is awesome and I know you'll enjoy making many tags with it. Stay tuned for freebies below!

Ready? Good :)

Open a new canvas, size 650x650.

Move Element50 on to the canvas. Resize, leave enough room around the outside for the mask and trees to stick out, and add a drop shadow.

Place Paper2 behind the frame. Resize it so most of the paper is visible in the frame's opening. There should be no extras hanging outside the frame.

Place Element30 on the white rock on the paper background. Resize so the size of the seagull is appropriate and add a drop shadow.

Take Element23 and place it on the opposite side of the seagull, resize so it's small and looks off in the distance somewhat, and flip horizontally. No need to add a drop shadow.

Move Element43 behind the tube's head. Don't make it too large. You can add the glow if you like or just leave it as is. What I did is this: Select the pixels of the sun and expand by 3. Then add a blank layer below the sun's layer and add the color of the glow you would like. I used #ffdb00. Make sure you have this layer selected and go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur. Mine is at 15.4 pixels.

Now take Element11 and place is on the left side of the frame. Resize so it's not too large. I have mine stick out over the frame just a tad and a little taller than the middle of the frame with the base meeting the bottom of the frame. Add a drop shadow. Duplicate and mirror it on the other side of the frame.

Move Element14 on top of the blue speakers. Start on the left side. Resize the music notes so they meet the bottom speaker and reach to the top of the frame. Duplicate and mirror on the other speaker. Add a drop shadow to both.

Place Element32 behind the speaker and music notes. Flip Horizontally so it looks like the tree is leaning toward the middle of the frame. You will need to resize it so they tree doesn't hang off the canvas. Add a drop shadow and mirror on the other side.

Move Element31 behind the speaker on the left. Have it about as tall as the bottom speaker. Add a drop shadow, duplicate and flip horizontally, and move it behind the other speaker.

Take Element36 and place it in front of the speaker on the left. Resize so just a little sticks out over the side. Add a drop shadow, duplicate, flip horizontally, and move in front of the other speakers.

Let's place the tube. I prefer to have the tube in front of the frame so you can either erase parts of the tube that stick over the frame on the bottom or just cover it up. Have her head stick out just a tad over the top, add a drop shadow.

Place Element19 behind the white and yellow plumerias in front of the speaker on the left. Flip the beach ball horizontally and resize so it doesn't stick over the frame too much. Add a drop shadow.

Move Element25 in front of the beach ball but behind the plumerias. Resize so they are smaller than the plumerias and add a drop shadow. Duplicate the cluster of shells, flip horizontally, and place behind the  plumerias on the right side too.

Place Element7 behind the cluster of seashells on the left and move it so just a little of the drink overlaps the beach ball. Add a drop shadow.

Take Element18 and place it in front of the speakers on the right. The pillow should meet the bottom of the seagull and overlap the tube just a little. Add a drop shadow to the pillow.

Move Element20 in front of the pillow and behind the plumerias. The flip flops should sit on the cluster of seashells too. Resize so they are smaller than the pillow. Add a drop shadow.

Place Element16 in front of the cluster of seashells on the right. Add a drop shadow, resize.

Move Element37 on a layer just above the frame so it is behind everything. Rotate it so you don't see any openings on the flower. Resize so it just sticks out over the tube a little. Add a drop shadow. Duplicate the flower and flip horizontally. Move the duplicate right next to the other one and fill empty space. Rotate the flower so it's not an exact copy.

Place Element27 in front of the orange flowers. Make it smaller than the flowers and have it cover the opening in the middle between the flowers. Add a drop shadow.

Now take Element22 and place it under everything. Flip it vertically and have the sides meet the middle of the cluster of plumerias on both sides. Add a drop shadow.

Move Element54 on top of everything. You will need to resize it. To make sure you don't have much hanging outside the tag add a 50% gray layer just about the white background. You can resize it so it covers the whole tag and won't need to erase anything.

Add a new layer below the sparkle layer you just made. Start the text tool and select Dancing Script. Use this color code #ff4d1b. Add a stroke, size 3, with this color #3cb1bd. Add a drop shadow and a bevel if you like. I did Cove-Deep with a white shadow. Add noise to the text. I did it about 11%.

Now open the mask, WSL_Mask133. Open a new canvas, size 600x600, and Paper9. Resize Paper9 to 600x600 also.

Place the paper on the new blank canvas and then the mask on top. Remove the white background then place behind the tag. You will have to stretch it out so be careful that the mask doesn't hang outside the canvas. I didn't have it stick out below the sand and just have a little hang out the top and the sides.

Add your copyright information and tagger mark. Unclick the white and gray backgrounds if you haven't already and save as a .psd and .png.

I hope you had fun with this tutorial! This kit is perfect for summer and you can do much more with it :) Thanks for stopping by!

PTU "Wish You Were Here" Tutorial with a Cluster Frame Freebie!

I have a new PTU tutorial using one of my favorite (among many) kits by Jackie's Jewels, Wish You Were Here. I used the beautiful artwork of Barbara Jensen, which worked perfectly!

**This tutorial was written by me and any resemblance is purely coincidental. It is written for those with a working knowledge of Photoshop.**

What you will need:

Font
Silent Reaction
You can find it on dafont.

Tube
Layered 36-2
You can find it at Barbara Jensen Tubes.
**You must obtain a license in order to use this tube.**

Elements
Basket of Letters
Bear
Butterfly
Candle
Clock
FlowerCluster
Flowers1
Frame4
Ink&Quill
Letter
Phone
Rain
Umbrella
WordArtSwirl

Paper
7

Let's get started!

Open a new canvas, size 650x650.

Move Frame4 on to the blank canvas. Resize as you like and add a drop shadow.

Move Paper7 behind the frame. Erase any parts of the paper that stick outside the frame.

Move the clock behind the frame on the right side. Have it stick outside the top and right side of the frame. Add a drop shadow.

Now take the WordArtSwirl behind the frame, but on top of the Clock. Resize a little. I did not add a drop shadow, but you may if you like.

Move the Umbrella on the right side of the frame. The handle of the Umbrella should not go over the clock and the right side of the Umbrella should meet the middle of the Clock that sticks outside the frame. Add a drop shadow.

Now take the FlowerCluster and place it on top of the Umbrella along the corner of the frame. Resize so the ends of the FlowerCluster do not stick out too much. Add a drop shadow.

Take another copy of the FlowerCluster. Make it smaller than the first and place it behind and underneath the first FlowerCluster. Cover the rest of the space of the Clock and Umbrella sticking out under the Frame4. Add a drop shadow.

Place the telephone in front of the FlowerClusters on the right side. Resize and add a drop shadow.

Now move the Candle in front of the Telephone where the Telephone cord is. Resize the flame so it doesn't go over the top of the Telephone and add a drop shadow.

Move the Bear over the Telephone. Flip horizontally and resize. Add a drop shadow.

Place the Basket of Letters on the left side of the frame. Resize smaller and have it so it covers the lower left hand corner of the frame. Flip horizontally and add a drop shadow.

Move the Ink&Quill in front of the Basket of Letters and flip horizontally. Resize and add a drop shadow.

Place the Letter behind the Basket of Letters, resize, and add a drop shadow.

Move the Butterfly over the cluster's end on the right side. Resize, rotate to the right, and add a drop shadow. Duplicate the Butterfly and place over the bows on the left side. Flip horizontally and make it smaller than the first Butterfly.

Now take Flowers1 and rotate so they are pointing to the left horizontally.  Take the big flower and lay it over the envelope that sticks out from the Basket of Letters. Erase any other parts except the large flower so it looks like it is sticking out from the behind the Basket of Letters. Resize and add a drop shadow.

Move the tube in front of everything. I have her head just go over the top of the WordArtSwirl. Add a drop shadow.

Now take the Flowers1 again and move it behind the tube and in front of the Letter and Basket of Letters. Have the big flower stick out and erase the rest. Add a drop shadow.

On the paper inside the frame, add the Rain. Resize and move it to the left side of the tube. Duplicate and add it to the right side of the tube. Add a drop shadow to both layers of Rain.

Take a copy of the tube and flip it horizontally. Place it under the rain and on top of the paper. You can make it a little bigger the original tube. Change it to Luminosity and drop fill to 49%.

Again, the font for the name is Silent Reaction. I placed it over the telephone and umbrella. You can place it wherever you like.

The color is a shade of brown taken from the frame. Use the color code #512b08. Add a stroke, size 2, and a shade of the blue. Use the color code #73bbcb. Change the bevel mode to Cove-Deep, shadow color white. Add noise around 14% - Uniform - Gaussian. Add a drop shadow.

Crop off any extra parts of the canvas. Don't cut off any parts of the tag.

Add your copyright information somewhere on the tag so it cannot be easily erased and add your tagger mark.

Save as a .psd and .png.

And we're done! I hope you like it :) This kit is so pretty and I just love the colors. You must pick it up today! Look below for an extra freebie :)

Ready? Let's get started!

Open a new canvas, size 650x650.

Let's start by moving the frame, ele54, on to the canvas. I rotated mine after I resized it so it was at an angle. Add a drop shadow.

Move your tube to the right side of the frame. I had her head just stick out about the upper right corner of the frame. She'll cover the empty space left when rotating the frame. Add a drop shadow.

Now ele28 will be in front of the tube. The grass will cover where the tubes' legs cut off. The grass can stick out a little further than the sides of the frame. Add a drop shadow.

Move ele29 behind the tube and grass but in front of the frame. Have the left end of the fence meet the end of the grass. The fence should be resized so it just meets the bottom of the frame. Add a drop shadow and then duplicate the fence, flip horizontally, and move to the right side so that end meets the right end of the grass. Erase any parts of the fence where it overlaps.

Ele07 will be used twice. Place it behind everything so the bigger end sits behind the tube and doesn't hang over the edge of the grass. Have the bottom of 27 meet the bottom of the row of grass. Duplicate this and move it up so it sticks out the bottom the frame, but not outside the frame.

Open paper 5, resize to 500x500 and move it behind the frame. Resize so nothing sticks outside the frame and erase anything that does. Make sure the grass is on top of the paper.

Move ele02 on top of the blue paper and move it to the upper right hand corner. This will be the sun. Resize as you see fit.

Move ele53 toward the bottom of the frame. Resize so its size is appropriate. Duplicate and move to the upper right hand corner of the frame, next to the tube.

Move ele12 toward the top of the frame on top of the sun. Resize so it's small like a humming bird should be.

Move ele40, the bench, in front of the frame and fence but behind the row of grass. Resize so it's not too large and doesn't overlap the tube. Add a drop shadow.

Move ele70, the birdhouse, to the left side of the frame. It should be just under the top of the frame. Add a drop shadow.

Move ele13 in front of the bird feeder. Resize so it's a relative size of a humming bird. Add a drop shadow.

Move ele44 on the left side. Move it behind the row of grass but in front of everything else. Make it small. I made it meet the middle of the bench and almost touch the bottom of the bird feeder. Add a drop shadow. Duplicate, flip horizontally, and move behind the tube on the right side.

Move ele04 in front of the fence but behind the bird feeder and bench. I made mine stick just above the fence. Add a drop shadow. Duplicate and move to the right side of the bench. Again, move it behind the tube and bench but in front of the fence. Duplicate again and fill any empty space.

Move ele43 behind the fence. Rotate a little and fill the empty space below the bench. I resized it so I needed to duplicate it a few times to cover the space. Add a drop shadow to each duplicate.

Now let's make the mask. Open p07, resize to 600x600, and the weescotslass creations mask #363. Open a new canvas, 600x600.

Move the paper on to the blank canvas and then the mask on top. Remove the white background and then move behind the tag. Lower the Fill to 85%. Resize it so it does not stick off the edges.  You will need a lot to stick over the top of the frame for the flowers to have a background. A little can stick out on the sides, but no need for any to stick out on the bottom.

Now take ele35 and move on top of the mask. Try and keep it inside the mask. A little will go over and that's ok. You may need to resize a little. Now duplicate and flip horizontally and move to the other side to cover the blank space. No drop shadow is necessary. Erase any flowers that overlap.

If you would like to add the quote I did, it is by Drew Barrymore (please make sure you credit her). It says, "Daisies are like sunshine to the ground."

I used the same font for the name and the quote. So it will be Xiomara in white.
For the quote, add a drop shadow and a stroke, size 2, in a darker shade of yellow. The white will brighten it up. Use color code #e5d27b. For Drew Barrymore's name I just switched the color and the stroke. So it's the yellow for the name and white for the stroke.

Again, the name will be in white. I placed it over the bench, but you can place it wherever you like. Add a stroke, size 1, in a lighter shade of yellow. You can use the color code #dfd43a. Now select the pixels of the name and expand by 3. Make a new layer below the name and fill with another shade of yellow. You can use the color code #e5d27b. Add a white stroke to this layer, size 1. Add a drop shadow to the bottom layer of the name.

Alright, now add your proper copyright info and tagger mark. Make sure you put it somewhere on the tag so it cannot be easily removed.

Crop off any extra white areas and be careful not to cut off any parts of the tag.

Un click the white background and save as a .psd and .png.

We're done! This kit is so pretty, light, and airy. It's perfect for Spring tags and will even work for Summer! Grab it today so you can use everything this kit has to offer :)
