Let's start!
Open a new canvas, size 650x650.
Place frame 2 on the canvas. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the tube in front of the fame. Erase the tube from the bottom opening of the frame and down. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place paper 7 behind the frame. Resize and erase anything sticking outside the frame.
Place the word art over the tube. Resize and add a drop shadow. Add an Outer Glow in #a1935d.
Add a bevel and change to Outer Bevel. Add a stroke, size 2, in #87774e and change the position to Center.
Place the angel wings behind the tube. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the frame and on top of the paper, place the shattered glass in the lower left hand corner. Resize as needed and erase anything sticking outside the frame. Duplicate the shattered glass and place another copy in the upper right hand corner. Resize and erase anything sticking outside the frame.
Take symbol 1 and place it in the upper left hand corner of the frame. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Also add an Outer Glow in #ffeecf.
In front of the frame along the bottom, place salt 1 on the left. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place salt 2 to the right of salt 1. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the dagger to the left of the salt. Lay it horizontally. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the word art, place the strings. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place frame 2 on the canvas. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the tube in front of the fame. Erase the tube from the bottom opening of the frame and down. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place paper 7 behind the frame. Resize and erase anything sticking outside the frame.

Behind the word art, place the strings. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Name
Main color is #1d181b. Add a stroke, size 2, in #87774e.
Select the pixels of the name and expand by 4.
Add a drop shadow and an Outer Glow in #a1935d.
Add a bevel and just change it to Outer Bevel.
Mask
Open a new canvas, size 600x600.
Open paper 8 and resize to 600x600. Place on top of the canvas.
Open the mask and move on top of the paper.
Remove the white background and place the mask behind the tag.
Make it evenly stretched on all sides.
Add your tagger mark and copyright information.
Crop off any extra canvas.
Save as a .psd & .png.
