Let's start!
Open a new canvas, size 650x650.
Place ele21 on to the canvas and rotate a little to the left. Resize & add a drop shadow.
Add a layer behind the frame and fill it with #f34ea8.
Resize and erase anything outside the frame.
Place a few close ups behind the tube and clip them to the paper. Change them to luminosity and drop their opacity a little.
Behind the tube and on the right, place a couple of ele7. Resize & add a drop shadow.
Place ele31 in the lower left hand corner of the star frame. Resize & add a drop shadow.
Duplicate the bow, flip horizontally, and move to the upper right hand corner of the start frame. Make sure they are behind the tube.
In front of the tube, place ele23 on the left. Resize & add a drop shadow.
To the right of the bubblegum machine, place ele1 and then ele5. Resize & add a drop shadow.
Behind the cupcakes, place ele18. Resize & add a drop shadow.
Above everything, place ele27. Erase any sparkles that cover the tube's face or the faces of the close ups.
Place ele25 behind the frame on the left. Resize and duplicate. Flip the duplicate layer horizontally and move to the right side behind the frame. Erase anything sticking too far off the tag.

 Name
Main color is #e90d65.
Stroke, size 2, is #280c10.
Add a default bevel. Change the shadow mode to #fe2790 .
Increase the highlight and shadow modes to 100.
Add a drop shadow.

Mask
Open a new canvas, size 600x600.
Open paper 1 and resize to 600x600. Place on top of the canvas.
Open the mask and move on top of the paper.
Remove the white background and place the mask behind the tag. 
Make it evenly stretched on all sides.

Add your tagger mark and copyright information.
Crop off any extra canvas.
Save as a .psd & .png.
