Let's start!
Open a new canvas, size 650x650.
Place ele11 on the canvas and resize. Rotate it so it's horizontal and add a drop shadow.
Add a new layer behind the frame and fill with #ffaedd. Resize and erase anything outside the frame.
Place the tube in the front of the frame in the middle. Resize & add a drop shadow.
Place ele16 in front of the frame at the bottom behind the tube. Resize & add a drop shadow.
To the left of the tube, place ele5. Resize & add a drop shadow.
To the left of the cupcake, place ele1. Resize & add a drop shadow.
To the right of the tube, place ele13. Resize & add a drop shadow.
To the right of the nail polish, place ele21. Resize & add a drop shadow.
Behind the lipstick, place ele4 and rotate to the right a little. Resize & add a drop shadow.
Duplicate the candy heart and move behind the cupcake and clock on the left. Rotate to the left a little.
Behind the lipstick and candy heart, place ele12. Resize & add a drop shadow.
On top of ele12, place ele6. Resize & add a drop shadow.
Take a couple of copies of ele28 and place it behind the frame and on top of the masks.
Erase any sparkles outside the mask or too far off the tag.
Name
Main color is white.
Add a stroke, size 3, in #f86bae.
Add a default bevel & change the shadow mode to #fe92e8.
Change the highlight opacity to 40 and the shadow mode opacity to 50.
Add a drop shadow.
Place ele11 on the canvas and resize. Rotate it so it's horizontal and add a drop shadow.

Open a new canvas, size 600x600.
Open a new layer and fill with #f96ead.
Open the mask and move on top of the pink layer.
Remove the white background and place the mask behind the tag.
Make it evenly stretched on all sides.
Add your tagger mark and copyright information.
Crop off any extra canvas.
Save as a .psd & .png.
