Let's start!
Open a new canvas, size 700x700.
Open the template and place it on the canvas. Remove the cr layer.
Resize it so there is room around the template for the mask and other things later on.
Place paper 1 over layers 1 & 3 (gray circles). Resize and flip 90 degrees so the lines are vertical.
Select the pixels of the layer 1 and expand by 3.
Add a blank layer below it and fill with white.
Open a 600x600 paper. Add a new layer, fill with white, add a reflected gradient using #5e2603 & #f8d36a. Flatten the image. Place this paper over the the white circle and a create a clipping mask. Add a noise and a drop shadow.
Repeat the steps for layer 3.
Change the color of layer 2 to #f8d36a. Select the pixels of layer 2 and expand by 3.
Add a new layer below it and fill with the same color. Add noise and a drop shadow.
Change the color of layer 4 to #5e2603. Select the pixels of layer 4 and expand by 3.
Add a new layer below it and fill with the same color. Add noise and a drop shadow.
Place paper over layer 5 and create a clipping mask. Select the pixels and expand by 3.
Add a new layer below it and fill with #f8d36a. Add noise and a drop shadow.
Select the pixels of layer 6 and fill with #5e2603. Place a close up of the tube over the circle and create a clipping mask. Change her to Luminosity. Duplicate the brown circle and move it above the tube's close up. Select the pixels the circle copy and fill with #f8d36a. Select the yellow circle and the tube close up and create clipping mask to the brown circle. Change the yellow circle to soft light.
Place the tube in front of the template. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Move the word art above and behind the tube.
Start with layer 7. Change the color to #5e2603. Add a bevel and a stroke, size 2, in #f8d36a.
Also add an outer glow and satin in #f8d36a. Add a drop shadow.
Change the color of layer 8 to #f8d36a. Select the pixels of layer 2 and expand by 2.
Add a new layer below it and fill with #5e2603. Add noise and a drop shadow.
For layers 9 & 10, change the color to #f8d36a. Add the default satin. Select the pixels and expand by 2. Add a new layer below it and fill with #f8d36a. Add noise and a drop shadow.
Place ele24 behind the tube and on top of layers 4 & 5.
To the left of the tube, place ele12. Resize and add a drop shadow.
To the left of the lipstick, place ele7. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place ele5 behind the cupcake and to the left a little. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind ele5, place ele8. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of these elements, place ele25. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Duplicate ele25 and resize smaller. Place it so it lays on the first candy.
Behind the candy, place ele29. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the lipstick and cupcake, place ele9. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place ele14 in front of the tube's leg on the right. Erase the part of the flower that overlaps the tube. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Add another ele14 in front and to the right of the big flower. Make it smaller. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place ele5 behind the flowers. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place ele8 behind the tube. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of the flowers, place ele25. Again, erase the part of the candy that overlaps the tube. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place ele29 on top of the flowers where they meet and behind the candy. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place ele 9 behind the tube to fill the empty space. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place ele15 behind everything on the right. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Duplicate ele15, flip it horizontally, and move it to the left side behind everything.
Place ele26 below everything in front of the tag and resize.
Duplicate ele26, flip horizontally and fill the empty space.
Place ele22 behind the elements so just a little sticks up vertically on both sides. Erase anything in the middle.
Place ele 3 & 4 around the tag behind the tube. Resize and erase anything that hangs too far off the tag.
Erase anything that covers the tube's face close up.
Place ele32 over the tube. Just use a few sparkles here and there and erase anything over her face and hair. Erase anything else around the tag.
Open the template and place it on the canvas. Remove the cr layer.
Resize it so there is room around the template for the mask and other things later on.

Add a new layer below it and fill with the same color. Add noise and a drop shadow.
Place paper over layer 5 and create a clipping mask. Select the pixels and expand by 3.
Add a new layer below it and fill with #f8d36a. Add noise and a drop shadow.
Select the pixels of layer 6 and fill with #5e2603. Place a close up of the tube over the circle and create a clipping mask. Change her to Luminosity. Duplicate the brown circle and move it above the tube's close up. Select the pixels the circle copy and fill with #f8d36a. Select the yellow circle and the tube close up and create clipping mask to the brown circle. Change the yellow circle to soft light.
Place the tube in front of the template. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Move the word art above and behind the tube.

To the left of the tube, place ele12. Resize and add a drop shadow.
To the left of the lipstick, place ele7. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place ele5 behind the cupcake and to the left a little. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind ele5, place ele8. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In front of these elements, place ele25. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Duplicate ele25 and resize smaller. Place it so it lays on the first candy.
Behind the candy, place ele29. Resize and add a drop shadow.

Place ele15 behind everything on the right. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Duplicate ele15, flip it horizontally, and move it to the left side behind everything.
Place ele26 below everything in front of the tag and resize.
Duplicate ele26, flip horizontally and fill the empty space.
Place ele22 behind the elements so just a little sticks up vertically on both sides. Erase anything in the middle.
Place ele 3 & 4 around the tag behind the tube. Resize and erase anything that hangs too far off the tag.

Place ele32 over the tube. Just use a few sparkles here and there and erase anything over her face and hair. Erase anything else around the tag.
Name
Copy and paste the same layer styles from layer 7.
Mask
Open a new canvas, size 700x700.
Open a 700x700 paper. Add a new layer, fill with white, add a reflected gradient using #5e2603 & #f8d36a. Flatten the image and place on top of the canvas.
Open the mask and move on top of the paper.
Remove the white background and place the mask behind the tag.
Make it evenly stretched on all sides.
Add your tagger mark and copyright information.
Crop off any extra canvas.
Save as a .psd & .png.
