Let's start!
Open a new canvas, size 650x650.
Place the tube on the canvas. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Make a circle behind the tube and fill with a color (doesn't matter).
Select the pixels of the circle and contract by 15 then hit delete.
Open paper 7 and resize to about 600x600. Place it over the circle and create a clipping mask.
Add a bevel to the circle in Ring-Double. Change the shadow mode to white.
Place paper2 behind the mask. Resize and erase anything outside the frame.
Behind the paper and frame, place ele26 on the lower right side of the frame. Resize and add a drop shadow. Hide it partially behind the frame.
Above ele26, place ele29 just like the pink flowers. Resize and add a drop shadow. Hide it partially behind the frame.
Above ele29, place ele2. Resize and add a drop shadow. Hide it partially behind the frame.
Now duplicate the three flowers and move them counter clockwise around the frame. Rotate as needed.
Below the frame and in front of the flowers, place ele11. Resize and duplicate.
Move the copy around to fill in empty space.
On top of the sand, place ele35 on the right side and resize.
Behind the beach ball and to the right, place ele21 and flip horizontally. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the flip flops, place ele23 and flip horizontally. Resize and add a drop shadow. Use a soft eraser to soften the end and sides of the bottle.
To the left of the beach ball, place ele25 & 33. Resize and add a drop shadow. Use a soft eraser to soften the end and sides of the shells.
Between the two shells, place ele9. Resize so just the dark starfish is on the sand.
Take another copy of ele9 and move it over to the left hand corner of the sand. Erase the dark star fish and the lighter orange one.
Duplicate ele9 one more time and erase all but the light orange star fish. Move it to the right side of the dark orange one.
Between the shells and star fish cluster, place ele40. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind and to the left of the glass, place ele5. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the frame and the tube, place ele44 on the right side of her. Resize and move around so it's not too much.
Duplicate ele44 and flip horizontally. Place on the left side of the tube.
Between the tube and sparkles just placed, place ele29 on the left side. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Duplicate ele29 and flip horizontally. Move on the right side of the tube.
