Let's start!
Open a new canvas, size 650x650.
Place ele 29 on the canvas. Flip horizontally, resize, add a drop shadow.
Place paper 4 behind the frame. Resize and erase anything outside the frame.
Place the tube in front of the frame on the right. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Take a close up of the tube and place it over the paper and mask it. Change the tube to Screen and drop the fill to 61%.
Behind the frame you will use ele4 to create a "mask". Resize the first flower a little, add a drop shadow, and then duplicate and rotate each new layer until you surround the frame.
Behind the flowers, you will use ele22 to add a little greenery. You will need to rotate and flip it. Duplicate ele22 to cover both sides. Add a drop shadow to all layers.
Use ele19 over the flowers and behind the frame. Flip it vertically and move it on the left side. Duplicate and move to the right also. Erase anything that hangs off the flowers.
In front of the tube, place ele15. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the tube and to the left of her, place ele6. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Inside the basket, place a few small copies of ele4. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the flowers, use ele3 a few times to add a little greenery. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Use ele19 again and add some sparkle over the flowers in the basket. Erase anything hanging outside the basket.
Behind the basket of flowers and tube, place ele23. Resize and add a drop shadow.
