Let's start!
Open a new canvas, size 650x650.
Place ele 14 on the canvas. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place paper 8 behind the frame. Erase anything that sticks outside the frame.
Place ele 7 on top of the paper. Erase anything that sticks outside the frame.
Place ele 29 behind the cityscape. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place ele 11 in front of the frame. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the tube in front of the car. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the car, place ele 17 along the bottom and resize.
To the right of the tube and in front of the car, place ele 22. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place ele 24 to the right of the lipstick. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place ele 20 next to the cell phone. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Take ele 19 and flip horizontally. Place it next to the eye shadow. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the eyeshadow and blush, place ele 4. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place ele 32 on top of everything. Erase anything that covers the face of the tube and hangs outside the tag.
Place ele 14 on the canvas. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place paper 8 behind the frame. Erase anything that sticks outside the frame.
Place ele 7 on top of the paper. Erase anything that sticks outside the frame.
Place ele 29 behind the cityscape. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place ele 11 in front of the frame. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the tube in front of the car. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the car, place ele 17 along the bottom and resize.
To the right of the tube and in front of the car, place ele 22. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place ele 24 to the right of the lipstick. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place ele 20 next to the cell phone. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Take ele 19 and flip horizontally. Place it next to the eye shadow. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the eyeshadow and blush, place ele 4. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place ele 32 on top of everything. Erase anything that covers the face of the tube and hangs outside the tag.
Name
Main color is #3e007b.
Add a stroke, size 2, in white.
Add a bevel. Change the gloss contour of the bevel to rounded steps.
Select the pixels of the name and expand to 5.
Add a layer below the name and fill with black. Add a drop shadow.
Mask
Open a new canvas, size 600x600.
Open paper 6 and resize to 600x600. Place on top of the canvas.
Open the mask and move on top of the paper.
Remove the white background and place the mask behind the tag.
Make it evenly stretched on all sides.
Add your tagger mark and copyright information.
Crop off any extra canvas.
Save as a .psd & .png.
