Let's start!
Open a new canvas, size 650x650.
Place frame 5 on the canvas. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place paper 13 behind the frames and erase anything outside the frames.
Place the india skyline behind the frames so you can see quite a bit. You may need to duplicate and erase to achieve the same look.
Take the palm tree and place it behind the skyline. Change the tree to all black and create a clipping mask to the paper. Duplicate a couple of more times and place around the frames.
Place the tube in front of the frame. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the sand below everything make sure some sticks out in front of the tube. Make sure the sand does not hang off the canvas.
Duplicate the sand until you have a well covered area.
Place the lights on both sides of the tube and resize.
Place the candelabra on the left side of the tube. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the candles to the right of the tube and in front of her a little. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place gift 1 behind the candles and to the right. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the candlestick and candle3 behind the gift1 and candles. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the wicker basket behind the tube and candles. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place leaves2 behind candle 3. Rotate a little to the left. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place leaves1 behind everything and on top of the frame. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place sweets1 in front of the tube and behind the candles. Resize and add a drop shadow.
To the left of the tube, place gift2. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the box behind the gift. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the elephant next to the box and behind gift2. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the dishes behind the box. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Between the gift2 and the dishes, place leaf2. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the dishes, place leaf1. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind everything and on top of the frame, place leaves 3. Flip horizontally, resize, and add a drop shadow.
Place word art2 in front of everything. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the glitter swirl behind the word art. Resize and add a drop shadow.

Behind everything and on top of the frame, place leaves 3. Flip horizontally, resize, and add a drop shadow.
Place word art2 in front of everything. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the glitter swirl behind the word art. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Name
Main color is black.
Select the pixels of the name and expand by 2.
Add a layer below and fill with a gold color and add noise. Add a drop shadow.
Mask
Open a new canvas, size 600x600.
Open paper 7 and resize to 600x600. Place on top of the canvas.
Open the mask and move on top of the paper.
Remove the white background and place the mask behind the tag.
Make it evenly stretched on all sides.
Add your tagger mark and copyright information.
Crop off any extra canvas.
Save as a .psd & .png.
