Let's start!
Open a new canvas, size 650x650.
Place the frame2 on the canvas. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the three houses behind the frame in different sizes. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place paper 6 behind the houses. Resize and erase anything outside the frame.
Place the sun on top of the houses on the upper left side. Erase anything that sticks outside the frame.
Behind the frame on the right side, place the umbrella. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Take the gate and place it behind the frame on the right side. Just have a little stick out. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Duplicate the fence and place it on the left side. In front of the gate on both sides, place the rock. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the planter behind the gate on both sides. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Duplicate the planter and place it in front of the frame on the right.
Behind everything, place the wall on both sides of the frame. Resize and add a drop shadow.
On top of the wall copies on both sides, place the tree2. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Make sure nothing hangs off the canvas.
Place the mask behind everything. Resize so it's visible around the tag.
In front of everything, place the tube. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the tube on the left, place brown bag in the back, yellow in front, and brown in front of the yellow. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In the brown bag in the back, place ribbon 1 & 2. Erase parts so it appears to be inside the bag. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In the yellow bag, place a couple hangers. Erase parts so it appears to be inside the bag. Resize and add a drop shadow.
In the brown bag in front, place flowers 6 & 7. Erase parts so it appears to be inside the bag. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Duplicate the shopping bags and flip horizontally. Move to the right side of the tube.
Behind the brown bag in the back on the left, place the violin. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Between the violin and the brown bag, place flowerbranch1. Flip it vertically and horizontally. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Duplicate the flower branch, flip horizontally, and place it on the right side between the brown bag and the planter.
Place ribbon1 between the bags. Erase parts and resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the tube's foot, place two copies of the cash. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the ring in front of the cash and to the left. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the butterfly bottle in front of the cash and to the right of the tube's foot.
Place the frame2 on the canvas. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the three houses behind the frame in different sizes. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place paper 6 behind the houses. Resize and erase anything outside the frame.
Place the sun on top of the houses on the upper left side. Erase anything that sticks outside the frame.
Behind the frame on the right side, place the umbrella. Resize and add a drop shadow.

Between the violin and the brown bag, place flowerbranch1. Flip it vertically and horizontally. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Duplicate the flower branch, flip horizontally, and place it on the right side between the brown bag and the planter.
Place ribbon1 between the bags. Erase parts and resize and add a drop shadow.
Behind the tube's foot, place two copies of the cash. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the ring in front of the cash and to the left. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Place the butterfly bottle in front of the cash and to the right of the tube's foot.
Word Art & Name
Yellow: #f2d94b
Blue: #74d0e3
To all words, add a stroke, size 2, in white.
Select the pixels of each one and expand by 4.
Add a layer below each word/name and fill with the opposite color the word/name.
Add a drop shadow to the bottom layer of each word/name.
Add your tagger mark and copyright information.
Crop off any extra canvas.
Save as a .psd & .png.
