**This tutorial was written by me and any resemblance is purely coincidental. It is written for those with a working knowledge of Photoshop.**

Let's Start :)
Open a new canvas, size 650x650.
Move Frame3 on to the canvas. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Move Pp6 behind the frame and resize.
Place the tube on top of the frame toward the middle.
Resize and add a drop shadow.
Move the Fence behind the frame. Resize and add a drop shadow. Erase any parts outside the frame.
Now place Flowers 4, 3, 2 along the bottom of the frame starting left to right. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Take the Leaf and flip horizontally. Resize and add a drop shadow. Move behind the row of flowers from right to left. Duplicate the first layer until the back of the flowers are covered with the leaves.
Move the Tree on top of the left side of the frame. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Duplicate the layer and move to the right side.
Place the Torch behind the Tree on the right side. Resize so the Torch is above the Tree but still under the top of the frame. Add a drop shadow. Duplicate and move to the other side of the frame.
Behind the Leaves, move the ConkShell on the right side. Resize so the round side is visible and hide the other part behind the flowers and leaves. Add a drop shadow then duplicate and move to the other side. Flip it horizontally, rotate until it looks like the other side, and add a drop shadow.
Move the Ribbon behind the leaves but on top of the ConkShells on both sides. Resize and add a drop shadow.
Move one copy of the sand under everything. Resize so it sticks outside the elements by a little bit. Duplicate this level and flip vertically. Move above the other sand layer so it covers in the back too. Merge the too sand layers and add a drop shadow #5c5c5c.

Add a drop shadow.
Mask
Open a blank canvas, size 600x600.
Open your mask and make sure it is 600x600.
Open PP1 and resize it to 600x600.
Move the paper on to the blank canvas and then the mask on top.
Remove the white background.
Place the new mask behind the frame. Resize until you can see parts of the mask outside the frame. Make sure not to move the mask beyond the edges of the canvas.
Add your copyright information and tagger mark.
Crop off any extras and make sure not to cut off any parts of the tag.
Save as .psd and .png.
